About the role

We are partnering with a local insurance business in Dartford to find a motivated Renewals Account Manager. The role focuses on maintaining existing client relationships, ensuring policies are up‑to‑date and delivering value throughout the renewal cycle.

Key responsibilities

  • Proactively contact customers ahead of policy renewal.
  • Review existing policies, discuss changes and recommend appropriate cover.
  • Secure competitive pricing and optimal coverage for clients.
  • Handle objections, retain customers and win back lapsed renewals.
  • Manage inbound calls from customers reviewing their policies.

Required profile

  • Strong customer service and communication abilities.
  • Organised, proactive approach to workload.
  • Confidence in handling objections and building rapport.
  • Experience in the insurance sector is preferred.
