Report Assistant

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented Report Assistants to join our Woking team. In this role you will compile Regulated Local Authority Searches (RLAS) that support property transactions, working with digital systems and external authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Source and analyse property‑related data from local authority websites, databases and official documents.
• Compile accurate Regulated Local Authority Searches using our bespoke systems.
• Liaise with local authorities to resolve queries and obtain required information.
• Manage workload to meet team KPIs and deadlines.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to learn new digital systems quickly.
