Research Analyst – Latin America (Spanish)

About the role

Chambers & Partners is seeking a native Spanish speaker to join its Latin America research team in London. Working two days a week on‑site, you will contribute to the production of the renowned Chambers rankings by gathering and analysing market intelligence across assigned practice areas and jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct background research on assigned legal sectors and jurisdictions.
• Identify and interview lawyers, in‑house counsel and third‑party experts via phone or online questionnaires.
• Log communications accurately and track research progress.
• Analyse interview data and submissions to create impartial ranking tables.
• Write concise, business‑focused editorials for the Chambers website and guide publications.
• Collaborate with the Deputy Editor and Research Manager to ensure comprehensive coverage.

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish with strong written and verbal English skills.
• Degree‑educated with a genuine interest in Latin American legal markets.
• Comfortable speaking with professionals from diverse backgrounds.
• High attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach.
