Research & Insight Manager (Client-Side)

About the role

A global entertainment-sector organisation is represented by Aspire and is seeking a Research & Insight Manager for a client-side role based in the City of London. The position sits at the heart of the insight team, leading several quantitative and qualitative research workstreams and giving them strategic direction and analytical expertise. It is a permanent role with three days a week in the office, paid between 38,000 and 45,000 pounds depending on experience.

Key responsibilities

• Embed data and insights across the organisation, supporting the Director of Research & Insights in strategic decision-making.
• Design, manage and analyse primary and secondary research projects, turning findings into actionable recommendations.
• Develop compelling stories about brand opportunities and manage relationships with external research vendors.

Required profile

• Proven market research or consumer insights experience.
• Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Ability to turn data and metrics into narratives that link insights to commercial objectives.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Q, SPSS, DisplayR or equivalent.
• Experience with social listening platforms.
