Reservation & Accounts Receivable Coordinator (12-Month Fixed-Term)

About the role

This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term position at ibis London Heathrow Airport, reporting to the Reservation & Accounts Receivable Manager. The role supports the hotel's reservations function, with a strong focus on leisure groups, while also assisting with accounts receivable and credit control. It suits someone with good organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to build relationships with guests, tour operators and travel partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all hotel reservations, with a particular focus on leisure groups
• Coordinate group bookings from enquiry through to arrival
• Build and maintain relationships with tour operators and travel partners
• Ensure reservations are processed accurately and efficiently
• Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable and credit control processes
• Follow up on outstanding payments and help resolve billing queries
• Prepare reservations and accounts receivable reports
• Work closely with Front Office and other hotel departments as required

Required profile

• Previous experience in a reception, reservations or similar hotel role
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and credit control processes is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems
