Missions principales

• Manage and process incoming reservations via telephone, email, and online booking platforms.
• Provide detailed information regarding room types, amenities, rates, and hotel services to potential guests.
• Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests with precision and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate guest profiles and ensure all data is correctly entered into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Collaborate closely with the front office and sales teams to optimize occupancy and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Upsell hotel services and premium room categories to enhance the guest experience and increase ADR.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality or luxury service industry.
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional, and welcoming telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering high-quality service.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.

Competences requises

• Proficiency in Hotel Reservation Systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong sales and upselling techniques.
• High level of computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
