Residential Conveyancer – 3+ Years PQE

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Residential Conveyancer with at least three years post‑qualification experience to join a thriving practice in Derbyshire. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and contribute to the firm’s growth through business development and networking.

Key responsibilities

• Handle the full spectrum of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Prepare and review deeds of easement, remortgages, and sales and purchase agreements.
• Manage cases from instruction through to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide clear client advice and maintain high standards of client care.
• Support business development initiatives and help build a long‑term client base.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential property law.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Detail‑oriented and able to work effectively within a busy team.
• Interest in business development and networking.
