Residential Conveyancer – Full‑time, Morden

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Residential Conveyancer to join our growing team in Morden. You will work with a loyal client base, handling a variety of residential property transactions in a supportive, professional environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchases of residential properties, including new builds and remortgages.
• Handle registered and unregistered properties, Help to Buy schemes, and shared ownership deals.
• Extend leases and coordinate with clients, solicitors, lenders and other external professionals.
• Collaborate closely with the Private Client Department to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with clients throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• 1‑3+ years post‑qualification experience in Residential Conveyancing.
• Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds and lease extensions.
• Ability to work autonomously on complex legal matters.
• Excellent case‑management and organisational skills.
• Professional, approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude toward business development.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LEAP conveyancing software.
