Residential Conveyancer – High‑Value Property Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join a prestigious Legal 500 firm in Altrincham. The role focuses exclusively on high‑value residential property transactions for affluent clients, offering exposure to complex and rewarding deals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Conduct thorough title investigations and resolve complex title issues.
• Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and related documentation.
• Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, solicitors and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progress.
• Maintain accurate case records and meet statutory deadlines.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (preferred but not essential).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience handling residential conveyancing matters.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong understanding of title complexities and ability to manage varying case difficulty.
