Residential Conveyancer – Oxshott, Surrey

About the role
We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our Oxshott team. You will work within a large group of conveyancers, supported by administrative staff, handling a variety of residential property transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
- Process remortgages and transfers of equity.
- Collaborate with a team of conveyancers and receive administrative assistance.
Required profile
- Qualified Solicitor (Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer acceptable).
- Minimum 3 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
- Ability to work independently.
