Residential Conveyancer – Partner‑Led Sussex Firm

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join our partner‑led team in Brighton. The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners, handling a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions while contributing to the firm’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and complex residential transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the conveyancing process.
• Take ownership of cases, ensuring high‑quality service and timely completion.
• Collaborate with the Residential Property team and senior partners to support departmental development.

Required profile

• Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Legal Executive.
• Desire for greater autonomy, visibility and career progression.
• Experience in a larger firm with a track record of handling residential matters.
• Commitment to a people‑focused, supportive culture.
