Residential Conveyancer – £50k-£65k Hybrid Role

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well‑established Berkshire law firm. You will independently manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, supported by a dedicated paralegal.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Process remortgages and secured lending transactions
• Manage transfers of equity, Right to Buy and Help to Buy deals
• Oversee shared ownership, probate, auction sales and other residential property transactions

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently with minimal supervision
• Strong technical knowledge of freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Organised, able to work under pressure; Help to Buy experience desirable
