Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor (Hybrid, Gatwick & Crawley)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer or Solicitor to join our growing team in the Gatwick and Crawley area. The role is full‑time and permanent, offering hybrid working so you can split your time between the office and home while managing a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, shared ownership, re‑mortgages, lease extensions and equity release transactions.
• Provide high‑quality client care and clear communication throughout each transaction.
• Liaise with estate agents, lenders and other professionals to ensure smooth progress.
• Support business development and the expansion of the conveyancing service in the Gatwick area.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx).
• Minimum 2 years post‑qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
• Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with case management systems.
