Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor or Legal Executive)

About the role

We are a well‑established Devon law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer, either a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive, to join our friendly team. Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Deal with easements, unregistered land and other complex residential property matters.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive.
• Proven ability to manage residential conveyancing matters independently.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and client‑focused.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Collaborative team player with a personable approach.
