About the role
G2 Legal Limited is expanding its conveyancing team in South London. As a Residential Conveyancer you will manage your own caseload of high‑quality property transactions while developing new business locally.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to generate new work.
- Collaborate with senior management, HR and accounts to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain compliance with legal standards and firm policies.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
- Proven relationship‑building and client development abilities.
- Strong organisational and management skills.
