About the role

G2 Legal Limited is expanding its conveyancing team in South London. As a Residential Conveyancer you will manage your own caseload of high‑quality property transactions while developing new business locally.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral sources to generate new work.
  • Collaborate with senior management, HR and accounts to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain compliance with legal standards and firm policies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
  • Proven relationship‑building and client development abilities.
  • Strong organisational and management skills.
