Residential Conveyancer – Southport (Hybrid)

About the role
We are partnering with a Southport firm of solicitors to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer, qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or CILeX professional. The role offers ownership of a mixed residential conveyancing caseload of around 90 files, supported by a modern office and the Leap case management system.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Provide high‑quality client service and ensure efficient file progression.
- Maintain momentum across a busy workload while working independently.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential conveyancing (essential).
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILeX certification.
- Strong technical knowledge of all residential conveyancing matters.
- Practising Certificate required.
