Residential Conveyancer – Up to £60k, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our friendly, supportive law firm in Frome. The role offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary up to £60,000. You will become part of a collaborative Residential Property team that values work‑life balance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Review titles, raise enquiries and prepare contracts with confidence.
• Keep clients, estate agents and lenders updated throughout each transaction.
• Deliver an excellent client experience while ensuring matters progress efficiently.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and celebrate successes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload.
• Strong case‑management and organisational skills.
• Confident handling of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
• Excellent client‑focused communication abilities.
• Proactive team player who enjoys a collaborative environment.
