Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Hybrid (Up to £60k)

About the role

An established regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its growing property team. The position offers hybrid working and the opportunity to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process new‑build transactions.
• Deal with Help to Buy and shared‑ownership matters.
• Communicate with clients and referrers throughout each transaction.
• Maintain files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development and networking initiatives where appropriate.

Required profile

• At least 2 years' post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing or equivalent.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Experience handling a varied mix of residential property transactions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
• Proactive and team‑focused attitude.
• Experience with lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release or small development work is advantageous but not essential.
