About the role

We are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join our well‑established law firm in Devon. You will work closely with fee‑earners to manage residential property transactions from initial instruction through to completion.

Key responsibilities

Assist fee‑earners on sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and ensure compliance with legal standards.
Progress files efficiently, liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and other parties.
Maintain accurate case records and update client files throughout the transaction process.

Required profile

Previous experience in residential conveyancing.
Good understanding of the property transaction process.
Strong organisational and communication abilities.
Interest in developing a career in property law.
