Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – 2+ PQE, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with at least two years post‑qualification experience to join our expanding property team in Devon. The role involves managing residential property transactions from instruction through to post‑completion, working in a supportive, hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
• Process transfers of equity, remortgages and refinances.
• Manage new‑build transactions and Help to Buy/shared‑ownership schemes.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain high standards of client care throughout the conveyancing process.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx) or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge of property law and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective workload management skills.
