Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (Remote possible)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team. You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions while delivering exceptional client service in a supportive, forward‑thinking environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.
• Conduct ID checks, source‑of‑funds verification, gift deposit assessments and risk analysis.
• Prepare, issue and exchange contracts, including mortgage redemptions.
• Order and report on property searches, review titles and leases, and raise related enquiries.
• Check and report on mortgages and management packs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential conveyancing with full responsibility for your own caseload.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Legally qualified as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or equivalent.
