Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Senior Associate/Partner

About the role

G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its award‑winning team in Dorking. This senior‑level position offers the opportunity to manage a full caseload of property transactions while contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage an independent caseload of residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Provide exceptional client care and maintain strong client relationships throughout each transaction.
• Deliver accurate and timely advice, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support team development and business expansion.
• Potentially progress into a management or Head of Department role as the team grows.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 8 years post‑qualification experience (PQE) in residential conveyancing.
• Demonstrated commitment to team development and growth.
• Based within a reasonable commuting distance of Southwest London.
• Ability to work autonomously while delivering high‑quality client service.

Required skills

• Expertise in residential conveyancing processes.
• Strong knowledge of sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.
• Effective client liaison and case management abilities.
