Residential Property Conveyancer – £40k-£50k

About the role

Our client is seeking an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to independently manage a diverse portfolio of freehold and leasehold transactions. You will deliver inspirational client service while leading a small team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full portfolio of residential conveyancing cases from initiation to completion.
• Prioritise work, meet deadlines and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
• Provide training, supervision and coaching to junior staff members.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, introducers and third‑party contacts.
• Optimise client experience through exceptional care and streamlined processes.
• Participate in networking activities to raise the firm’s profile.

Required profile

• Self‑starter with flexibility and empathy to meet client needs.
• Proven experience in residential conveyancing (CLC level 6 preferred).
• Ability to prioritise, adapt and make independent judgments without risk.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong time‑management and organisational skills.
