About the role

Join one of the South East's largest conveyancing teams as a Residential Property Lawyer. This full‑time position offers you the chance to manage your own caseload while benefiting from the support of an experienced, collaborative team.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a diverse Residential Property portfolio, including sales, purchases, re‑mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and buy‑to‑let transactions.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, providing clear and professional advice.
• Contribute to the team’s reputation by delivering high‑quality work and supporting colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) or higher with demonstrable Residential Property experience.
• Confidence in managing your own files or a strong desire to take that next step.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset, eager to work within a supportive environment.
