About the role

Join a respected, growing law firm in South Manchester as a Residential Property Paralegal / Conveyancing Assistant. You will support a busy residential conveyancing team, ensuring smooth progression of property transactions from instruction to completion while delivering high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Assist fee earners with a busy residential conveyancing caseload.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence and open client files.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties.
• Conduct Land Registry and property searches.
• Support exchange and completion processes and manage post‑completion matters.
• Update case management systems and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Residential Property or Conveyancing team.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proactive, positive attitude and ability to handle multiple priorities.
