Residential Property Paralegal – Conveyancing Specialist

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join an established firm that values quality and personal service. The role offers flexible working and a clear path for career progression within a growing business.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all types of conveyancing matters from inception to post‑completion.
- Manage registered and unregistered freehold, leasehold, new build and shared ownership transactions.
- Process re‑mortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy arrangements.
- Prepare and submit Land Registry applications.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a fee earner or paralegal in residential property conveyancing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality service.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team environment.
