Residential Property Paralegal – Conveyancing Team

About the role

We are a growing London law firm looking for a Residential Property Paralegal to join our expanding conveyancing team. You will work closely with experienced solicitors and fee earners, gaining hands‑on experience across the full residential conveyancing cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Prepare contract packs and legal documentation.
• Carry out property searches and review related information.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors.
• Support SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
• Update case‑management systems and maintain accurate records.
• Assist fee earners with day‑to‑day file management from instruction through to completion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a residential property or conveyancing team.
• Experience working within a law‑firm environment.
• Good understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proactive, reliable and keen to develop a career in property law.

Required skills

• Experience using legal case management systems.
