About the role
An established regional law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Partner to join its South East team. The role involves leading a high‑value residential conveyancing caseload, building client relationships and contributing to the firm’s growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and oversee high‑value residential property transactions.
- Lead an established caseload of conveyancing matters.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Support business development and the firm’s expansion in the South East.
Required profile
- Experienced Residential Property, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer at partner level (or ready to step up).
- Strong technical expertise across all aspects of residential conveyancing.
- Proven business development and networking capabilities.
- Excellent client care and leadership abilities.
