Residential Property Solicitor – Associate/Senior Associate (Oxford)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a leading UK law firm in Oxford. The role offers the chance to manage a diverse portfolio of conveyancing matters, from first‑time buyer transactions to complex property portfolios, within a supportive hybrid working environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
• Scope fees for existing clients and manage billing effectively.
• Provide technical and business advice to junior team members.
• Contribute to business development and networking initiatives.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in residential property law.
• Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes.
• Excellent organisational and client‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
