Residential Property Solicitor – Conveyancing Lawyer

About the role

We are a modern mid‑sized property law firm based in central London seeking qualified Residential Conveyancing Lawyers to join us in Autumn 2026. The successful candidate will manage a personal caseload of 70‑100 residential conveyancing files, supported by a dedicated paralegal.

Key responsibilities

• Handle sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties.
• Manage transfer of equity and remortgage transactions.
• Maintain a high‑volume caseload while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
• Collaborate with a designated paralegal and the wider team.
• Provide accurate and timely advice on residential conveyancing matters.

Required profile

• UK qualified residential conveyancing professional (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive).
• Minimum of 2 years post‑qualification experience (2 PQE).
• Ability to work independently and manage a substantial caseload.
• Familiarity with the Building Safety Act and leasehold transactions is advantageous.
