About the role

Our client, a top‑tier Legal 500 law firm, is expanding its residential property team in Bournemouth. The Residential Property Solicitor will manage a full conveyancing portfolio, providing end‑to‑end support for sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Handle residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
• Advise clients on sales, purchases, remortgages and equity transfers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral sources.
• Deliver a high standard of client service throughout each transaction.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with at least 4 years post‑qualification experience in residential property.
• Proven ability to manage a conveyancing caseload independently.
• Commercially minded with strong client‑relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
