About the role

Join a leading international law firm’s award‑winning Residential Property team in London. You will work alongside senior partners to advise high‑net‑worth individuals, families and businesses on complex, high‑value residential property matters.

Key responsibilities

• Acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties
• Secured lending and refinancing transactions
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Rural property and estate work, including agricultural and commercial land issues
• Strategic land‑use planning
• Ongoing management of residential assets for international and domestic clients

Required profile

• UK qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 years post‑qualification experience
• For NQs, completion of a residential property seat in a leading practice
• Strong experience in residential property transactions, particularly high‑value freehold and leasehold deals
• Exposure to secured lending and refinancing matters
