Residential Property Solicitor (NQ+) – Eastbourne

About the role

We are seeking an NQ‑qualified Residential Property Solicitor to join one of the South East’s largest conveyancing teams in Eastbourne. You will work within a supportive, long‑established department, handling your own caseload while benefiting from mentorship and professional development.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential property portfolio including sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and buy‑to‑let transactions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships, providing high‑quality client care.
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop expertise in conveyancing.

Required profile

• Newly qualified solicitor (NQ) or higher with experience in residential property law.
• Confident in managing own files and ready to take the next step in your career.
• Excellent communication and client‑care abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
