Residential Property Solicitor (NQ) – Tunbridge Wells

About the role

We are looking for a newly qualified (NQ) solicitor to join our small, friendly team in Tunbridge Wells. You will work on residential property conveyancing matters, gaining hands‑on experience with freehold sales and purchases while receiving direct support from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
• Handle freehold sales and purchases, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Liaise with clients, mortgage lenders, and other parties to facilitate smooth settlements.
• Provide clear legal advice on property matters.
• Maintain up‑to‑date case files and comply with firm procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified solicitor (NQ) or within a few months of qualification.
• Strong interest in residential property law.
• Excellent communication and client‑service skills.
• Motivated, detail‑oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
