We are seeking a Residential Property Solicitor or Paralegal to join a dynamic regional practice that is Legal 500 accredited. The role offers challenging work across the full residential property transaction lifecycle, from initial instruction to post‑completion matters.

Key responsibilities

• Manage residential property matters from start to finish, including conveyancing, lease agreements and post‑completion work.
• Provide expert, tailored legal advice to a loyal, long‑standing client base.
• Collaborate with a multi‑disciplinary team to deliver high‑quality service.
• Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in residential property law, covering all stages of a transaction.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
