Residential Property Solicitor – Up to £70k, Hybrid

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join our friendly regional practice in Gloucestershire. The role offers hybrid working, a supportive environment and clear progression opportunities while handling a diverse residential conveyancing portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, new build and Help to Buy transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, developers and other solicitors to ensure smooth progress.
• Provide clear, practical legal advice with a strong focus on client care.

Required profile

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEX professional or experienced residential property fee earner.
• Ideally 2+ years post‑qualification experience, though more senior candidates are welcome.
• Proven ability to manage a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and a client‑focused communication style.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close‑knit team.
