Residential Sales Lister – Property Listing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Residential Sales Lister to join Allen & Harris, part of the Connells Group, in Burnside, Glasgow. The successful candidate will generate new property instructions, list homes for sale and deliver outstanding customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and win new property listings through proactive prospecting.
• Prepare accurate property listings and ensure they are marketed effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients both face‑to‑face and over the phone.
• Coordinate appointments for in‑house Mortgage Advisors.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Previous experience in estate agency (Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator).
• Proven ability to generate new business in a target‑driven environment.
• Resilient, organised, numerate and detail‑oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office and standard internet/email tools.
