Customer Service Associate – Fixed Term (1 Year)

About the role

The Customer Service Associate joins a property management team to support day‑to‑day operations, marketing and tenancy administration. The role focuses on delivering an excellent resident experience and helping achieve occupancy and retention targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑of‑house customer service, handling queries, complaints and resident requests.
• Support marketing activities such as open days, leafleting and sales/leasing viewings.
• Administer tenancy processes, including move‑in/out, rent arrears chase and tenancy extensions.
• Maintain health and safety compliance and assist with on‑call emergency support.
• Log maintenance requests, prepare notices and update internal databases.

Required profile

• Good general education and fluent English communication (verbal and written).
• Strong organisational ability, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
• Team‑player attitude with relationship‑building and influencing capabilities.
• Awareness of UK Health and Safety legislation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience using databases or booking systems (training provided).
