Residential Sales Manager

About the role

Romans, part of LRG, is a well-established property group in the South East of England. It is recruiting a Residential Sales Manager for its Tilehurst branch, a full-time, onsite position with a salary of up to £70,000 OTE. The successful candidate will be an experienced property sales professional who can grow the branch's new sales business and income.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the volume of new sales business and income production for the branch
• Appraise and instruct residential sales properties
• Identify other business opportunities and refer them to the right division
• Ensure high-quality customer care and meet or exceed lettings targets
• Register, qualify and manage applicants, arrange viewings and secure property lets
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties and implement effective canvassing and marketing strategies
• Develop the core business of the branch and hold monthly 1-2-1s with staff
• Work in line with all legal obligations

Required profile

• Previous experience in a senior sales position with a proven track record of securing new business
• Listing and valuation experience
• Excellent sales ability and high-level customer service skills
• Ability to negotiate, build trusted relationships at all levels and be responsive to change
• Driving licence required
