Residential Surveyor – Up to £65k OTE, Remote Working

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Residential Surveyor to join a respected surveying practice in Oxfordshire. The role offers remote working, a competitive salary and clear progression within a forward‑thinking business.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
• Undertake residential property valuations, including private valuations.
• Carry out residential and commercial property inspections.
• Prepare HomeBuyer Reports and Building Surveys (training provided if required).
• Deliver surveys and valuations in line with RICS standards and best practice.
• Provide professional advice and support to clients throughout the survey process.
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Required profile

• AssocRICS or MRICS qualification (VRS registration preferred).
• Degree in Surveying or a related discipline.
• Membership of, or working towards membership of, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
• Strong technical knowledge of residential construction and building defects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage own workload independently.
• Full UK driving licence.
