Resource Manager – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

This 12‑month fixed‑term position supports a leading global consulting firm’s Turnaround & Restructuring practice. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure the right consultants are allocated to client projects and help manage the firm’s Temporary Service Provider programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day staffing of consultants across multiple client engagements.
• Match resources to projects based on skills, availability and business priorities.
• Monitor utilisation, capacity and forecast upcoming resource needs.
• Produce resource planning reports and maintain accurate staffing data.
• Support the Temporary Service Provider programme, including contractor onboarding, compliance and supplier coordination.
• Identify and implement improvements to resource planning processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in resource management, staffing, workforce planning or professional staffing.
• Background in management consulting or a professional services environment is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Excellent organisational skills with the capacity to juggle competing priorities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
