Responsible – Retail Leadership Role

About the role

As a Responsible at Bershka Brighton you will lead the shop floor, combining emotional intelligence, commercial awareness and operational excellence to deliver results through people. You will inspire and motivate your team, shape the customer experience and translate commercial insight into action while upholding brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Lead with Emotional Intelligence – motivate, coach and develop the team through active listening, empathy and clear direction.
• Drive Commercial Performance – analyse sales, KPIs and product data to make informed decisions and ensure strong visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience – model proactive, personalised service and support the team to exceed customer expectations.
• Own Operational Excellence – prioritize effectively, maintain standards, processes and compliance while balancing people leadership with operational delivery.
