Restaurant Assistant

About the role

Old Thorns Hotel & Resort, a four-star hotel in the Hampshire countryside and part of the Accor network, is looking for a Restaurant Assistant to join its Restaurant Team. The role suits someone who wants to be a key contributor in a friendly team and help deliver smooth, efficient service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Serve guests politely and take food and beverage orders
• Process orders through the till / check system and serve them appropriately
• Clear and reset tables using trays
• Keep your work area clean
• Deliver a high standard of customer service and help guests create great memories

Required profile

• Valid right to work in the UK; sponsorship is not available for this position
• Ideally over 18 to comply with the Licensing Act 2003; applicants under 18 are considered with alcohol-restricted duties
• Entry-level role: previous experience is desirable but not required
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
