About the role

We are partnering with a stunning 5‑star hotel in Ascot to find an experienced Restaurant Manager. You will lead the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction in a luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations in close collaboration with the Head Chef and Assistant Manager.
• Develop and motivate a high‑performing food and wine service team.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, guest care, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate service standards with kitchen operations to deliver seamless dining experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum two‑Rosette restaurant management experience.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of food and wine service.

• Food & wine knowledge.
