Restaurant Server (Waiter/Waitress)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing hospitality business as a Food & Beverage Team Member. You will be the face of the pub, welcoming guests and ensuring they enjoy a high‑quality dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in the pub.
• Take food and drink orders, process cash and card payments.
• Serve hot and cold beverages, including alcoholic drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
• Assist managers with various requests.
• Provide attentive service throughout the guest’s visit.
• Balance high volume service with quality standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development.

Required profile

• At least 18 years of age (licensing laws).
• Strong communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Confident, organised and able to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
• Right to work in the UK.

Required skills

• General knowledge of food, wine and beer.
• Ability to handle cash and card transactions.
• Experience serving hot and cold beverages, including alcohol.
