About the role

As a Restaurant Supervisor at ASK Italian you will lead the on‑site team, ensuring excellent food and service while maintaining the brand’s high standards. You will act as Manager on Duty, supporting both staff and customers throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
• Maintain service, food quality and health‑and‑safety standards.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Collaborate with management to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Oversee shift schedules, cash handling and stock control.
