About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Assistant to join our M&S Simply Food team at the Stafford Services location. You will be the front‑line face of the store, delivering quality food items and exceptional service to travellers and local customers.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and process orders efficiently.
• Maintain brand standards and resolve customer enquiries with a customer‑centric approach.
• Receive deliveries, replenish shelves and ensure product availability.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster teamwork and a positive culture.
• Prepare the store for the next trading day.
