Retail Assistant – Part‑time (8‑hour shifts)

About the role

Levi’s® is looking for a part‑time Retail Assistant to join its Exeter store. You’ll work eight‑hour shifts, helping customers discover the perfect fit and delivering the iconic Levi’s experience.

Key responsibilities

• Create genuine connections with customers and provide 1:1 service.
• Share product knowledge and styling advice to inspire confidence.
• Support store operations, including tills, fitting rooms, and stock management.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales targets while keeping the store welcoming.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for helping people express themselves through style.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team‑first attitude.
• Curiosity, adaptability and a passion for learning.
• Previous retail or customer‑facing experience is a plus, but not essential.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
