About the role

Join Betfred’s retail team in Chichester, delivering betting and gaming services to customers. As a Retail Customer Service Representative you will be the first point of contact, processing bets, answering queries and promoting products in a vibrant shop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer bets quickly and accurately.
• Respond to customer enquiries with product knowledge.
• Promote and support key promotional events across the sporting calendar.
• Maintain a clean, well‑presented shop environment.
• Handle cash transactions with the utmost care and accuracy.
• Apply Think 25 policy and verify customer age in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Attentive and knowledgeable about betting and gaming products.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work accurately with cash.
• Team‑player who follows company policies and procedures.
